  One place our sixteen year-old son always says "yes" for breakfast on weekends. If you haven't been there before, it's a different sort of place - in a wonderful way. Along with tables of all sizes scattered throughout the main floor space, you'll find used books, wine, beer, a small refrigerated section, frozen local meats and store-made soup, small cheese and bakery counters, as well as a few aisles of condiments and pickles made from ingredients grown on the owner's farm. You order at the back counter - don't forget to look at the specials board - and they'll bring your food out to you. If it's crowded, ask someone if you can share their table (some of them are quite large). We've met some lovely people that way. The food is fresh and tasty. Their sautéed kale is among the best I've ever had. We go there because we like the food, the staff, and the relaxed atmosphere. Be warned, though, that Saturday mornings during the farmer's market season, it can get very busy.

  Staff great. Little pricey. Portion sizes ok. Chairs wore out at our table. Place pretty clean. Long wait due to big group ahead of us. Food is always good. I will be back.
